Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ كُهَيْلٍ
عَنْ هِلَالِ بْنِ يِسَافٍ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَفْضَلُ الْكَلَامِ بَعْدَ الْقُرْآنِ أَرْبَعٌ وَهِيَ مِنْ الْقُرْآنِ لَا يَضُرُّكَ بِأَيِّهِنَّ بَدَأْتَ سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ وَلَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَاللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ

English Translation
Wakī‘ narrated to us, Sufyān narrated to us, from Salamah ibn Kuhayl, from Hilāl ibn Yasāf, from Samurah, who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: ‘The best words after the Qur’ān are four, and they are from the Qur’ān; it does not matter with which of them you begin: Subḥān Allāh, al-Ḥamdu lillāh, Lā ilāha illā Allāh, and Allāhu Akbar.’
