حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ و

َحَجَّاجٌ حَدَّثَنِي شُعْبَةُ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا الْمَلِيحِ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي بَيْتٍ يَقُولُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ لَا يَقْبَلُ صَلَاةً بِغَيْرِ طُهُورٍ وَلَا صَدَقَةً مِنْ غُلُولٍ

English Translation
It was narrated from the father of Usama ibn Abi al-Malih through another chain that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was asked about a slave who is partially freed. He said: 'He serves for what remains of his unfreedom and is free in proportion to his freedom.'
