حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ حَدَّثَنِي سِمَاكٌ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ جَابِرَ بْنَ سَمُرَةَ يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَوْ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص

َلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّ بَيْنَ يَدَيْ السَّاعَةِ كَذَّابِينَ قَالَ أَخِي وَكَانَ أَقْرَبَ إِلَيْهِ مِنِّي قَالَ سَمِعْتُهُ قَالَ فَاحْذَرُوهُمْ

English Translation

It was narrated from Jabir ibn Samurah (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: 'I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ — or: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said — Before the Hour, there are liars.' His brother said — and he was closer to the Prophet — : 'I heard him say: Beware of them.'
