Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ أَخْبَرَنِي عُرْوَةُ بْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ أَنَّ مَرْوَانَ أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ زَيْدَ بْنَ ثَابِتٍ قَالَ لَهُ مَا لِي أَرَاكَ تَقْرَأُ فِي الْمَغْرِبِ بِقِصَارِ السّ
ُوَرِ قَدْ رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقْرَأُ فِيهَا بِطُولَى الطُّولَيَيْنِ قَالَ ابْنُ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ وَمَا طُولَى الطُّولَيَيْنِ قَالَ الْأَعْرَافُ

English Translation
It was narrated from Zayd ibn Thabit (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said to Marwan: 'Why do I see you reciting short surahs in Maghrib? I saw the Messenger of Allah ß reciting the two long surahs in Maghrib.' Ibn Abbas said: 'What are the two long surahs?' He replied: 'Al-A'raf and Yunus or Yusuf.'
