حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا الْحَارِثُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ كُرْدُوسٍ عَنِ الْأَشْعَث

ِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى يَمِينٍ صَبْرًا لِيَقْتَطِعَ بِهَا مَالَ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ وَهُوَ فِيهَا كَاذِبٌ لَقِيَ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ وَهُوَ أَجْذَمُ

English Translation
It was narrated from al-Ash'ath ibn Qays (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet ﷺ said: 'Whoever swears a false oath to seize the property of a Muslim will meet Allah while He is angry with him.'
