حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ حَفْصٍ أَخْبَرَنِي قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا مُصَبِّحٍ أَوْ ابْنَ مُصَبِّحٍ شَكَّ أَبُو بَكْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ السِّمْطِ عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَي
ْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَادَ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ رَوَاحَةَ قَالَ فَمَا تَحَوَّزَ لَهُ عَنْ فِرَاشِهِ فَقَالَ أَتَدْرِي مَنْ شُهَدَاءُ أُمَّتِي قَالُوا قَتْلُ الْمُسْلِمِ شَهَادَةٌ قَالَ إِنَّ شُهَدَاءَ أُمَّتِي إِذًا لَقَلِيلٌ قَتْلُ الْمُسْلِمِ شَهَادَةٌ وَالطَّاعُونُ شَهَادَةٌ وَالْمَرْأَةُ يَقْتُلُهَا وَلَدُهَا جَمْعَاءَ شَهَادَةٌ

English Translation
It was narrated from 'Ubadah ibn al-Samit (may Allah be pleased with him) that he visited Ibn Rawahah when he was ill, and the Prophet ﷺ mentioned the types of martyrdom: being killed in the path of Allah, plague, drowning, abdominal disease, and a woman who dies in childbirth — her child drags her by the umbilical cord to Paradise.
