English Translation
It was narrated from Buraidah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'In the human body there are three hundred and sixty joints, and one must give charity on behalf of each joint every day.' They said: 'Who can do that, O Messenger of Allah?' He said: 'A phlegm you see in the mosque that you bury, or something harmful you remove from the road. If you cannot do that, two rak'ahs of the Duha prayer will suffice you.'
