Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ مُسْلِمِ بْنِ نُذَيْرٍ عَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ قَالَ
أَخَذَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِعَضَلَةِ سَاقِي فَقَالَ هَذَا مَوْضِعُ الْإِزَارِ فَإِنْ أَبَيْتَ فَأَسْفَلُ مِنْ ذَلِكَ فَإِنْ أَبَيْتَ فَلَا حَقَّ لِلْإِزَارِ فِي الْكَعْبَيْنِ

English Translation
It was narrated from Hudhayfa (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ took hold of the muscle of his calf and said: 'This is the place of the lower garment. If you refuse, then lower than that. If you still refuse, then the lower garment has no right to cover the anklebones.'
