حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ عَنْ حَرْبِ بْنِ هِلَالٍ الثَّقَفِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي أُمِّهِ رَجُلٍ مِنْ تَغْلِبَ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ لَيْسَ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِينَ عُشُورٌ إِنَّمَا الْعُشُورُ عَلَى الْيَهُودِ وَالنَّصَارَى
English Translation
It was narrated from a man from Taghlib (may Allah be pleased with him) through Harb ibn Hilal that he heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: 'There is no tithe on Muslims. The tithe is only on Jews and Christians.'
