حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَنْبَأَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ عُمَر

َ بْنِ سَعْدٍ حَدَّثَنَا سَعْدُ بْنُ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قِتَالُ الْمُؤْمِنِ كُفْرٌ وَسِبَابُهُ فُسُوقٌ وَلَا يَحِلُّ لِمُسْلِمٍ أَنْ يَهْجُرَ أَخَاهُ فَوْقَ ثَلَاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ

English Translation
It was narrated from Sa'd ibn Abi Waqqas (رضي الله عنه) that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Fighting a believer is disbelief, and reviling him is sinfulness. And it is not permissible for a Muslim to shun his brother for more than three days.'
