Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ بُرَيْدِ بْنِ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ ا
لسَّلُولِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي الْحَوْرَاءِ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ عَلَّمَنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَلِمَاتٍ أَقُولُهُنَّ فِي قُنُوتِ الْوَتْرِ اللَّهُمَّ اهْدِنِي فِيمَنْ هَدَيْتَ وَعَافِنِي فِيمَنْ عَافَيْتَ وَتَوَلَّنِي فِيمَنْ تَوَلَّيْتَ وَبَارِكْ لِي فِيمَا أَعْطَيْتَ وَقِنِي شَرَّ مَا قَضَيْتَ فَإِنَّكَ تَقْضِي وَلَا يُقْضَى عَلَيْكَ إِنَّهُ لَا يَذِلُّ مَنْ وَالَيْتَ تَبَارَكْتَ رَبَّنَا وَتَعَالَيْتَ

English Translation
Waki' narrated to us, Yunus ibn Abi Ishaq narrated to us, from Burayd ibn Abi Maryam al-Saluli, from Abu al-Hawra', from al-Hasan ibn 'Ali (رضي الله عنهما), who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ taught me words to say in the qunut of the Witr prayer: 'O Allah, guide me among those You have guided. Grant me well-being among those You have granted well-being. Take me into Your care among those You have taken into Your care. Bless me in what You have given me. Protect me from the evil of what You have decreed, for You decree and none can decree against You. Verily, none is humiliated whom You befriend. Blessed are You, our Lord, and Exalted.'
