حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ قَالَ ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُسَافِعٍ أَنَّ مُصْعَبَ بْنَ شَيْبَةَ أَخْبَرَهُ عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ مُحَمَّ
دِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ شَكَّ فِي صَلَاتِهِ فَلْيَسْجُدْ سَجْدَتَيْنِ بَعْدَمَا يُسَلِّمُ حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ أَنْبَأَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ أَنْبَأَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُسَافِعٍ عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ فَذَكَرَ مِثْلَهُ بِإِسْنَادِهِ

English Translation
Hajjaj (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that ibn Jurayj said: 'Abdullah ibn Musafi' informed me that Mus'ab ibn Shaybah informed him, from 'Uqbah ibn Muhammad ibn al-Harith, from 'Abdullah ibn Ja'far (رضي الله عنهما), that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Whoever has doubt in his prayer, let him prostrate two prostrations after he gives salam.' [Second chain:] 'Ali ibn Ishaq narrated to us, 'Abdullah informed us, Ibn Jurayj informed us, 'Abdullah ibn Musafi' narrated to us, from 'Uqbah ibn Muhammad ibn al-Harith; and he mentioned the same with its chain.
