حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ الزُّهْرِيَّ مَرَّةً أَوْ مَرَّتَيْنِ فَلَمْ أَحْفَظْهُ عَنْ كَثِيرِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ كَانَ عَبَّاسٌ وَأَبُو سُفْيَانَ

English Translation

Sufyan (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that i heard al-Zuhri once or twice but did not memorize it, from Kathir ibn 'Abbas, who said: Al-'Abbas and Abu Sufyan were with him, meaning the Prophet ﷺ. He addressed them and said: 'Now the oven has become hot.' And he said: 'Call out: O Companions of Surah al-Baqarah!'
