حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ عُقْبَةَ عَنْ كُرَيْبٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِالرَّوْحَاءِ فَلَقِيَ رَكْبًا فَسَلَّمَ عَلَيْهِمْ فَقَالَ مَنْ الْقَوْمُ قَالُوا الْمُسْلِمُونَ قَالَ فَمَنْ أَنْتُمْ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَفَزِعَتْ امْرَأَةٌ فَأَخَذَتْ بِعَضُدِ صَبِيٍّ فَأَخْرَجَتْهُ مِنْ مِحَفَّتِهَا فَقَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ هَلْ لِهَذَا حَجٌّ قَالَ نَعَمْ وَلَكِ أَجْرٌ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَنْبَأَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ عُقْبَةَ عَنْ كُرَيْبٍ مَوْلَى ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ مَعْنَاهُ

English Translation
Sufyan narrated to us, from Ibrahim ibn 'Uqbah, from Kurayb, from Ibn 'Abbas, who said: "the Prophet ﷺ was at al-Rawha' and met some riders. He greeted them and said: 'Who are the people?' They said: 'Muslims.' They said: 'And who are you?' He said: 'the Messenger of Allah ﷺ.' A woman was startled, took hold of a boy's arm, and brought him out from her howdah, saying: 'O Messenger of Allah, is there Hajj for this one?' He said: 'Yes, and you will have the reward.'" 'Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Ma'mar informed us, from Ibrahim ibn 'Uqbah, from Kurayb, the freed slave of Ibn 'Abbas, with the same meaning.
