حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ أَخْبَرَنَا قَتَادَةُ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ عُقْبَةَ بْنَ عَامِرٍ أَتَى النَّب
ِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ إِنَّ أُخْتَهُ نَذَرَتْ أَنْ تَمْشِيَ إِلَى الْبَيْتِ فَقَالَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ لَغَنِيٌّ عَنْ نَذْرِ أُخْتِكَ لِتَحُجَّ رَاكِبَةً وَلْتُهْدِ بَدَنَةً

English Translation
'Affan narrated to us, Hammam narrated to us, Qatadah informed us, from 'Ikrimah, from Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله عنهما): 'Uqbah ibn 'Amir came to the Prophet ﷺ and said that his sister had vowed to walk to the House (Ka'bah). the Prophet ﷺ said: "Allah (عز وجل) is in no need of your sister's vow. Let her perform Hajj riding, and let her offer a sacrificial camel."
