Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ عُقْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ عَطَاءٍ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ يَقُولُ إِنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَكَلَ إِمَّا ذِرَاعًا مَشْوِيًّا وَإِمَّا كَتِفًا ثُمَّ صَلَّى وَلَمْ يَتَوَضَّأْ وَلَمْ يَمَسَّ مَاءً
English Translation
'Affan narrated to us, Wuhayb narrated to us, Musa ibn 'Uqbah narrated to us, Muhammad ibn 'Amr ibn 'Ata' narrated to us that he heard Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله عنهما) say: the Prophet ﷺ ate either a roasted foreleg or a shoulder, then prayed without performing wudu' and without touching water.
