English Translation

'Abdullah ibn Muhammad narrated to us — 'Abdullah ibn Ahmad said: and I heard it from him — from Sharik, from Husayn, from 'Ikrimah, from Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله عنهما): the Prophet ﷺ prayed in a single garment, wrapping it around himself and protecting his body from the heat and cold of the ground with its excess fabric.
