حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي عَنِ ابْنِ إِسْحَاقَ حَدَّثَنِي صَالِحُ بْنُ كَيْسَانَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ عَبَّاسِ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ عَنْ نَافِعِ
بْنِ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ مُطْعِمٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ الْأَيِّمُ أَوْلَى بِأَمْرِهَا وَالْيَتِيمَةُ تُسْتَأْمَرُ فِي نَفْسِهَا وَإِذْنُهَا صُمَاتُهَا

English Translation
Ya'qub narrated to us, my father narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn Ishaq, Salih ibn Kaysan narrated to me, from 'Abdullah ibn al-Fadl ibn 'Abbas ibn Rabi'ah, from Nafi' ibn Jubayr ibn Mut'im, from 'Abdullah ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله عنهما): the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "A woman who has been previously married has more right over herself than her guardian, and a virgin is to be consulted, and her consent is her silence."
