حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي عَنِ ابْنِ إِسْحَاقَ قَالَ وَذَكَرَ طَلْحَةُ بْنُ نَافِعٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ تَزَوَّجَ رَجُلٌ امْرَأَةً مِنْ الْأَنْصَارِ مِنْ بَلْعَجْلَانَ فَدَخَلَ بِهَا فَبَاتَ عِنْدَهَا فَلَمَّا أَصْبَحَ قَالَ مَا وَجَدْتُهَا عَذْرَاءَ ق
َالَ فَرُفِعَ شَأْنُهُمَا إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَدَعَا الْجَارِيَةَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَسَأَلَهَا فَقَالَتْ بَلَى قَدْ كُنْتُ عَذْرَاءَ قَالَ فَأَمَرَ بِهِمَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَتَلَاعَنَا وَأَعْطَاهَا الْمَهْرَ

English Translation
Ya'qub narrated to us, my father narrated to us, from Ibn Ishaq, who said: Talhah ibn Nafi' mentioned, from Sa'id ibn Jubayr, from Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله عنهما) who said: A man married a woman from the Ansar of Banu al-'Ajlan. He consummated the marriage and spent the night with her, then in the morning he said: "I did not find her a virgin." The matter was brought to the Prophet ﷺ, and he sent for the woman. He asked her, and she said: "I was indeed a virgin." So the Prophet ﷺ ordered them to resort to the li'an (mutual cursing) and gave the woman her mahr.
