حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنُ بْنُ مُوسَى حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ ابْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ خُثَيْمٍ عَنْ أَبِي الطُّفَيْلِ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَأَصْحَابَهُ اعْتَمَرُوا مِنْ جِعِرَّانَةَ فَرَمَلُوا بِالْبَيْتِ ثَلَاثًا وَمَشَوْا أَرْبَعًا
English Translation
Hasan ibn Musa narrated to us, Hammad ibn Salamah narrated to us, from 'Abdullah ibn 'Uthman ibn Khuthaym, from Abu al-Tufayl, from Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله عنهما) that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ran between Safa and Marwah to show the polytheists his strength and vigor.
