Abu Bakr ibn Abd al-Rahman ibn al-Harith

Grandson of al-Harith ibn Hisham and one of the Seven Fuqaha of Medina. Known as 'Rahib Quraysh' (the monk of Quraysh) for his extreme piety and fasting, he was a leading jurist who lost his sight in old age.
