Ibn Muflih al-Hanbali

Shams al-Din Muhammad ibn Muflih al-Maqdisi al-Hanbali was a leading student of Ibn Taymiyya and Ibn al-Qayyim. He is best known for his comprehensive work al-Adab al-Shar'iyya wal-Minh al-Mar'iyya, a vast encyclopedia of Islamic manners and etiquette derived from hadith and legal sources. He also wrote al-Furu', a comprehensive Hanbali jurisprudence text. He was considered one of the best students of the Ibn Taymiyya-Ibn Qayyim tradition.
