أَخْبَرَنَا يَعْلَى ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ ع
Body (Matn)
َلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي الشُّفْعَةِ إِذَا كَانَ طَرِيقُهُمَا وَاحِدًا؟. قَالَ :" يُنْظَرُ بِهَا، وَإِنْ كَانَ صَاحِبُهَا غَائِبًا "
English Translation
It was narrated from Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) from the Prophet ﷺ about the pre-emption right (shufa'): when their path is shared, it should be awaited even if the partner is absent.
