حَدَّثَنَا أَنَسُ بْنُ عِيَاضٍ حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ مَوْلَى غُفْرَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الل

َّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لِكُلِّ أُمَّةٍ مَجُوسٌ ومَجُوسُ أُمَّتِي الَّذِينَ يَقُولُونَ لَا قَدَرَ إِنْ مَرِضُوا فَلَا تَعُودُوهُمْ وَإِنْ مَاتُوا فَلَا تَشْهَدُوهُمْ

English Translation

It was narrated from 'Abdullah ibn 'Umar (رضي الله عنهما) — via Anas ibn 'Iyad, from 'Umar ibn 'Abdullah, mawla of Ghufra — that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Every community has its Magi, and the Magi of my community are those who say: "There is no divine decree [la qadar]." If they fall ill, do not visit them. If they die, do not attend their [funeral prayers].'
