حَدَّثَنَا بَهْزٌ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْأَصْبَهَانِيِّ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ ذَكْوَانَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ قَالَ قُلْنَ النِّسَاءُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ غَلَبَ عَلَيْكَ الرِّجَالُ فَعِدْنَا مَوْعِدًا فَوَعَدَهُنَّ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَل
َّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَيُّمَا امْرَأَةٍ مِنْكُنَّ قَدَّمَتْ ثَلَاثًا مِنْ وَلَدِهَا كَانُوا لَهَا حِجَابًا مِنْ النَّارِ قَالَتْ امْرَأَةٌ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَنَا قَدَّمْتُ اثْنَيْنِ قَالَ وَاثْنَيْنِ

English Translation
Bahz narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, from 'Abd al-Rahman ibn al-Asbahani, he said: I heard Dhakwan narrate from Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (رضي الله عنه) who said: The women said: 'O Messenger of Allah, the men have dominated your time with us. Appoint a day for us.' So he appointed a day for them and met them and admonished them and commanded them. Among what he said was: 'There is no woman among you who sends forward three of her children [who die] except that they will be a screen for her from the Fire.' A woman said: 'And two?' He said: 'And two.'
