حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنِ السَّائِبِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ قَالَ خَرَجْتُ مَعَ الصِّبْيَانِ إِلَى ثَنِيَّةِ الْوَدَا
عِ نَتَلَقَّى رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْ غَزْوَةِ تَبُوكَ وَقَالَ سُفْيَانُ مَرَّةً أَذْكُرُ مَقْدِمَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَمَّا قَدِمَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْ تَبُوكَ
Isnad Chain
English Translation
Sufyān narrated to us, from al-Zuhrī, from al-Sāʾib ibn Yazīd (رضي الله عنه) who said: I went out with the boys to Thaniyyat al-Wadāʿ to greet the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ upon his return from the expedition of Tabūk. Sufyān said on one occasion: I remember the arrival of the Prophet ﷺ from the expedition of Tabūk. We went out with the boys to Thaniyyat al-Wadāʿ to greet him.
