حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ غَيْلَانَ حَدَّثَنَا الْمُفَضَّلُ عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عَطَاءً أَنَّ ابْنَ الزُّبَيْرِ بَاعَ ثَمَرَ أَرْضٍ لَهُ ثَلَا
ثَ سِنِينَ فَسَمِعَ بِذَلِكَ جَابِرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ فَخَرَجَ إِلَى الْمَسْجِدِ فِي نَاسٍ فَقَالَ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ مَنَعَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ نَبِيعَ الثَّمَرَةَ حَتَّى تَطِيبَ

English Translation
Yahya ibn Ghaylan narrated to us, al-Mufaddal narrated to us, from Khalid ibn Yazid, that he heard 'Ata' saying: Ibn al-Zubayr sold the fruit of his land for three years (in advance). Jabir ibn Abdullah al-Ansari (رضي الله عنهما) heard about it and went to the mosque and said: 'the Messenger of Allah ﷺ prohibited selling the fruit for years.' And he said this was not permissible.
