English Translation

ʿAffān narrated to us, Ḥammād narrated to us, ʿAṭāʾ ibn al-Sāʾib narrated to us, from Warrād the freed slave of al-Mughīrah, from al-Mughīrah ibn Shuʿbah: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Beware of gossip, withholding while demanding, burying daughters alive, disobedience to mothers, and wasting wealth.'
