English Translation
ʿAdī ibn Ḥātim narrated: I asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ about game caught with the miʿrāḍ (blunt-tipped arrow). He said: 'Whatever it strikes with its edge and pierces, eat it. And whatever it strikes with its flat side and kills, that is killed by blunt force (waqīdh) — do not eat it.'
