English Translation

Husayn al-Ashqar narrated to us, Abu Kudaynah narrated to us, from 'Ata', from Abu al-Duha, from Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله عنهما) who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ woke up one day and there was no water in the camp. A man came to him and said: "O Messenger of Allah, there is no water in the camp." He said: "Do you have anything?" He said: "Yes." He said: "Bring it to me." So he brought him a vessel with a small amount of water. the Messenger of Allah ﷺ placed his fingers in the mouth of the vessel and spread them apart. Springs gushed forth from between his fingers. He then ordered Bilal (رضي الله عنه) and said: "Call the people to the blessed ablution water!"
