حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَلَمَةَ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ فَرْقَدٍ السَّبَخِيِّ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّ
اسٍ أَنَّ امْرَأَةً جَاءَتْ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِابْنٍ لَهَا فَقَالَتْ إِنَّ ابْنِي هَذَا بِهِ جُنُونٌ يَأْخُذُهُ عِنْدَ غَدَائِنَا وَعَشَائِنَا فَيَخْبُثُ عَلَيْنَا فَمَسَحَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَدْرَهُ وَدَعَا فَثَعَّ ثَعَّةً يَعْنِي سَعَلَ فَخَرَجَ مِنْ جَوْفِهِ مِثْلُ الْجَرْوِ الْأَسْوَدِ

English Translation
Abu Salamah narrated to us, Hammad ibn Salamah narrated to us, from Farqad al-Sabakhi, from Sa'id ibn Jubayr, from Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله عنهما) that a woman came to the Prophet ﷺ with her child and said: 'O Messenger of Allah, my child has an ailment, and I have vowed that if Allah cures him, I will slaughter a sheep at the well of so-and-so.' the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'There is nothing at the well of so-and-so. Fulfill your vow in a way that does not involve disobedience to Allah عز وجل.'
