Abu Mas'ud al-Ansari (RA) — this entry 'Abu Mas'ud Al-Ansari' is an alternate transliteration of the same companion documented under entry 51, Uqba ibn Amr al-Badri al-Ansari. He participated in the Second Pledge of Aqabah and earned the epithet 'al-Badri.' He narrated approximately 103 hadiths, settled in Kufa, and served as a religious authority there. His narrations appear in Bukhari and Tirmidhi. He passed away during the caliphate of Muawiya, around 40–42 AH.
