امرأة نوح
The wife of Nabi Nuh AS adalah mentioned in Al-Al-Qur'an (Surah al-Tahrim 66:10) as one of two examples of women whose disbelief adalah not removed by marriage to a prophet: 'Allah presents an example of those who disbelieved: the wife of Nuh and the wife of Lut. They adalah under two of Our righteous servants but betrayed them, so those prophets did not avail them from Allah at all, and it adalah said: Enter the Fire with those who enter.' tradisi Islam names her al-Waghila (some sources say Namwa or Wayla). Her betrayal adalah not personal but theological — she publicly disagreed with suaminya's mission and sided with the disbelievers, mocking and undermining his call. Nuh AS preached for 950 tahun (Surah al-Ankabut 29:14), and throughout this enormously long mission, istrinya remained opposed to his message. When the flood came and Nuh disebut even putranya to board the ark (Surah Hud 11:42-43), istrinya adalah among those who drowned. The Al-Al-Qur'an uses her story, paired with that of the wife of Lut, to make a profound theological point: family bond with a prophet conveys no automatic protection. Every soul stands alone before Allah. The corollary case adalah Asiyah, the believing wife of Firawn — faith in the household of the greatest tyrant sufficed. The point adalah not about gender but about the primacy of individual faith.
