Samurah

Samurah ibn Jundab (RA) — this entry 'Samurah' is an alternate transliteration of the same companion documented under entry 50, appearing in Abu Dawud and Tirmidhi. He was a companion of the Prophet ﷺ who served as governor of Basra and narrated approximately 128 hadiths. His reports appear in the Sunan collections and include narrations on prayer, commercial dealings, and prophetic visions. He passed away around 58–59 AH.
