Trade Journey to Syria for Khadijah

Before their marriage, Khadijah hired Muhammad to lead her trade caravan to Syria based on his reputation for honesty (al-Amin). She sent her servant Maysarah to accompany him. Muhammad proved exceptionally capable, earning double the usual profit. Maysarah reported extraordinary events during the journey, including a monk who identified Muhammad as a future prophet and a cloud that shaded him from the sun. These reports, combined with his integrity, led Khadijah to propose marriage.
