7. Practice deep thinking

Deep thinking is essential to boost your brain's potential. The Qur' an urges us to use all our senses to understand and believe the truth of our creation and the creation of the earth and the universe. In many verses of the Qur' an, Allah refers to those who use their minds for deep thinking as 'people of understanding or intelligence'. 31 ~[This is] a Book [the Quran] which We have sent down to you, full of blessings that they may ponder over its verses, and that people of understanding may remember) (Quran 38: 29) «Our mother 'A'ishah (~) reported that one night, Prophet Muhammad (* ) woke up to pray and he cried till his tears wet his beard, then he bowed and cried, and prostrated himself and cried, till Bilal came to start the call for thefajr (dawn) prayer and asked him 30 Muslim. 31 Yahya, 2003b. the reason for his tears. Prophet Muhammad (~ ) said, "How could I not cry, when today these verses of Qur' an have been revealed to me: ~Verily! In the creation of the heavens and the earth, and in the alternation of night and day, there are indeed signs for people of understanding. Those who remember Allah [always, and in prayers] standing, sitting, and lying down on their sides, and think deeply about the creation of the heavens and the earth, [saying], 'O Allah! You have not created [all] this without purpose, glory to You! [Exalted be You above all that they associate with You as partners.] Give us salvation from the torment of the Fire) (Quran 3: 190-191)" Then he (~ ) said, "Woe unto him who reads it and does not reflect." »32 There is no special time, place or condition necessary for thought. You can think while walking, cooking, driving, eating, or even lying in your bed. Try to think positively and sincerely to find your way towards Allah and reach the right conclusions. More than anything, do not get swept away by the flow of daily life. The struggle to acquire a good education, earn your living, raise your children ... all these consume a great deal of your time and effort; despite this, do not forget in your rush, the purpose of your creation: 32 A hadith mentioned and authenticated by Albani. ~And I [Allah] created the jinns and humans only so they should worship Me [Alone]) (Quran 51: 56)
